There are several types of movies like, comedy, action, si fi, romance, horror, adventure, etc. But, if you think little deeper then you will find out the basic thing that makes us watch a movie or a film, that is love or a romantic treatment of the story. Despite of the language and culture love remains same, as well as movies of love.
